Role:
  • To inspect and control the quality of incoming, in progress and finished goods to meet the requirements and specification
  • To prepare & fill up monthly quality check reports for top management review
  • To ensure the right artwork packaging and/or correct general/technical information, translation, and overall impression for House Brand & Dealer Brand to avoid legal issues or misleading

Printer Service Engineer

Role:
  • To perform full range of servicing & repair service procedure including diagnostics, installation, troubleshoot, and replaces components on assigned printer equipment
  • To perform basic printer installations, set up IP addresses, downloads printer drivers and provides customer training on printing standalone/network devices
  • To perform on-site support at clients’ premises and in-house services

Role:
  • To respond promptly to customer inquiries & ensure customer satisfaction
