Corporate Sales Executive
Role:
- To plan, execute & achieve assigned corporate sales target
- To reach out & present necessary business consultations to clients
- To attend training, meeting, and troubleshoot customer’s problems

Role:
- To inspect and control the quality of incoming, in progress and finished goods to meet the requirements and specification
- To prepare & fill up monthly quality check reports for top management review
- To ensure the right artwork packaging and/or correct general/technical information, translation, and overall impression for House Brand & Dealer Brand to avoid legal issues or misleading
- To conduct 100% testing and quality check on all finished goods before delivery
- To highlight potential issues identified or witnesses to top management
- To deal with customer complaints / warranty claim, ensuring that all relevant documents and traceability

Role:
- To perform full range of servicing & repair service procedure including diagnostics, installation, troubleshoot, and replaces components on assigned printer equipment
- To perform basic printer installations, set up IP addresses, downloads printer drivers and provides customer training on printing standalone/network devices
- To perform on-site support at clients’ premises and in-house services

Role:
- To respond promptly to customer inquiries & ensure customer satisfaction
- To attend to customer complaints & resolve customer issues within assigned time frame (via phone, email, mail, social media, etc.)
