Overview
Dr.Toner provide printer solution for customers, included printer services, repair, extend printer warranty & other general maintenance. Our professional team consists of 5 skilled technicians (3 in-house & 2 outbound) are nominated as Authorized Service Centre for several brands specialize in repairing and maintenance for both laser jet & inkjet printers. With many years of experiences & extensive resources in this field, we are here to provide thorough support & in-depth education in handling printers to help customers save time & cash while prolong printer lifespan through our printer warranty program.
Standard Carry-in Service
- Operation hours: 9am-6pm, Monday – Friday
- FREE diagnosis services
- ZERO cancellation fees
- Quotation for repair/part replacement charges: 2 – 3 working days.
On-site Service
- Respond on-site after call received: within 24 – 48 hours or Next business day
- All charges are based on per printer/per job basis.
- Service charges are vary depending on printer type, location & office hours
- Terms & Conditions applies
Preventive Maintenance Services
- Contract agreement basis: 1/2/3 Years (fixed cost)
- Monthly maintenance & service
- Schedule by clients - Minimize work disruption
- Replacement of all necessary parts except consumables (optional)
Printer Warranty Program
- Extend Printer warranty: All Inclusive Program
- Applicable to New or Old Printer: HP, Canon, Brother, Fuji Xerox, Samsung
